Ticket-to-Play for 2017 Tryouts
Please make sure all players who wish to tryout complete the following procedure:
You must fill out the ticket-to-play forms and be cleared by a doctor to participate in physical activity
Then you must bring your forms in to the Athletic Office (in the Admin building at the front of the school) and hand them to Mrs. Grosely. If all of your forms are filled-out correctly, Mrs. Grosely will hand the player a "ticket-to-play" which the player needs to keep until she checks in at the first day of tryouts.
The player will hand Coach Ambort their "ticket-to-play" during check-in on the first day of tryouts.
* NO PLAYERS MAY PARTICIPATE DURING TRYOUTS UNTIL THEY HAND THEIR TICKET-TO-PLAY TO COACH AMBORT
JULY UPDATE: Mrs. Grosely will be in the Athletic Office Thursday, July 13, 2017 to issue tickets-to-play from 7:30am-noon. Otherwise, she will not be back in the office until 7am on August 1. Please make note of tryout start times. The excuse that you were waiting on a ticket-to-play and that is why you are late will not be acceptable.
